Gabby leaves N.Y. to visit her father, Alexander who left his family to become an important figure in a Russian oil company. Acting on his promise to return, Gabby decides to document her father in Moscow during his final months in Russia. Once she realizes he's not returning to N.Y. she's forced into a dramatically comical detour to Moscow.
